To evaluate if a multi-nutrient intervention can reduce the risk of severe WMH using ARIA-WMH as the primary endpoint.

1. Aged > 50 years; 2. ARIA-WMH score > 0.4; 3. Willingness to sign the informed consent; 4. Compliance with the protocol.；

排除标准

1. Those with severe cataracts, glaucoma, atretopsia, corneal plague, poor retinal image quality; 2. Those with known photosensitive seizures.；
